Standard Non A/C dormitory accommodation. Private accommodation available on twin sharing basis.

Meditation: 
Morning & Evening Meditation sessions in nature's lap. Concentration techniques including trataka etc.

Yogic: 
Daily Yoga Theory & Practical guidance. Yogic Shuddhi Kriya practice. Full body cleansing technique - Shankha prakshalana.

Naturopathy guidance: 
Natural Medicine, Natural Therapies like Enema etc, Fasting if Necessary.

Panchakarma:
Abhyanga (Full Body Massage), Swedana (Steam bath), Vamana, Virechana etc.

Individual final consultation on last day
