In today’s fast paced lifestyle, the intrinsic connect within ourselves has gone haywire. The only way to keep up with this lifestyle is to strengthen our mind, body and soul. Shivyog Sadhana is offering a free one year course (held once a month on the last Sunday) to help students establish a firm foundation of inner discipline. Based on the traditional Guru-Parampara system, students get guidance from an expert Yoga teacher in order to establish a firm foundation of inner discipline and holistic development of the mind body and soul.
The curriculum includes instruction in asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chanting, mantras, yoga philosophy, diet, kriyas (cleansing exercises to purify the body) and study of the Patanjal Yogsutra. All that is required is a sincere desire to learn and openness to understanding and implementing yogic techniques

One Year Teachers’ Training Course ( Hindi )
Content :
This course is suitable for teaching yoga to school students, young, adults and elders.
Intensive Yoga teachers’ training in theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga is offered. Syllabus consists of methodology and lesson planning, public speaking, diet, health, hygiene, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas with their related benefits, limitations and contraindications. Course includes essential knowledge of Body Anatomy & Physiology (awareness of all the medical systems of the human body).
Teaching staff consists of well trained experienced teachers of Shivyog Sadhana.
Duration: 1 Year – starts on February 2019 to February 2020 the last sunday of every month. Admission Open up to March 2019
Starts on Sunday – 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., 11.00 am to 1.30
All participants are expected to attend Meditation session on Sunday between. 6.00 am to 9.00 am.
Prerequisites : Everyone above 16 yrs. can benefit from this training.
Registration : Prior registration is compulsory in the case of International students.
The participants are required to be present by 6 am on the second Sunday of every month.
Other Residential Requirements:
For residential students, arrival at The Shivyogashram Rajgurunagar on Saturday up to 7.00 pm. IST (Indian Standard Time) so that accommodation can be provided.
